1. Access data and hosting

You can visit our websites without providing any personal data. Whenever you access the website, the web server automatically records a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the request.

2. Collection and use of data to fulfill contracts, establish contact and open customer accounts

We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us during registration or when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such because in these cases we need the data to be able to contact you or to complete the contact, and without providing the data you cannot send an inquiry or contact us. Upon termination of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiration of retention periods in accordance with tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to go beyond this use, which is permitted by law and of which we inform you in this statement. 3. Data sharing

In order to fulfill the contract in accordance with Article 6 (1) (1) (b) of the DSGVO, we will transfer your data only if and when a systuition occurs that is required by a court judgment.  Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution to which payment has been ordered and possibly to the payment service providers contracted by us or to the selected payment service provider. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account with them. In this case, you will need to register with the payment service provider during the ordering process, providing your access data. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies in this regard.

We also use an external merchandise management system to process orders and contracts. The data transfer and processing that takes place in this regard is based on order processing.

4. E-Mail-Newsletter
